The Mechanics of Ascension

The first and most vital of these is KINDNESS.

Sacred Human Mantra No.1 – KINDNESS "I am a SACRED HUMAN that is GENTLE, KIND, SENSITIVE, and STRONG with all my VULNERABILITY."

To integrate this mantra, follow these steps:

  • Find a quiet space and empty your mind, focusing only on the word KINDNESS.
  • Light a candle and play soft, meditative music (optional).
  • Take three deep breaths, holding each inhale for 30 to 60 seconds before releasing.
  • On the third exhale, speak aloud the word KINDNESS as you breathe out. Repeat the mantra three times aloud:

"I am a SACRED HUMAN that is GENTLE, KIND, SENSITIVE, and STRONG with all my VULNERABILITY."

Write this mantra on a post-it note and place it on your mirror as a daily affirmation. The journey of Ascension is the awakening to who we truly are.
