R.I.S.E has been a life long journey through my own self-growth, connection to my ancestors, and exploring many philosophies seeking not answers, but tools to accepting the answers within. A seed so to speak that has been planted in every interaction through years of practice in curated storytelling, group workshops and meditations, and most of all, working with the gifts of Gaia (Mother Earth) over the last two decades. All, and more has inspired a great part in creating this heartfelt program of becoming a more AUTHENTIC YOU.

 The 90 Day "R.I.S.E" offering came into vision after many years of reflecting back on personal and professional experiences with a multitude of self-help groups, 12-step programs, and resource centers as a mentor, big-brother, guide, and spiritual workshop facilitator. I could write many a book on the essence and depth of the self-sabotage seen in thousands of people of all ages, colours, creeds, genders, and walk of life through all areas of my life over the last 50+ years that would appall you as to how far many a person can fall into the sabotage of self, myself included.  The 30 Sacred Human Mantras included are an evolution of gathered wisdom that I first introduce early 2015 in snippets with clients, close family, and friends. Affirmations offered through use of many interactions with the aromatic gifts of Gaia, the magical aroma of the flora.
