HOW TO USE

Simply open and smell deeply 3 or more times as required, or apply using the glass dabber (6 ML Format) or rollerball (3 ML Format) sparingly on the left wrist pulse point, place the right wrist over top of the left gently, wait 1 minute and just receive, then lightly rub your wrists together like soft feathers, now bring your wrist points still together, palms open fingers extended in the shape of a "V" up to the nose and breathe deeply three times.
